Get Involved

The St Erth Neighbourhood Plan must be community led and reflect your aspirations for the future of the parish. There are already volunteers working on making sure that happens and they need your help! It is always a good time to get involved. If you have talents, experience or just the enthusiasm to help take your community forward please don’t hesitate to get in touch or fill in our Skills & Time Bank questionnaire towards the bottom of this page.

Heres some ideas for how you can join in:

Join a Group

As well as the Steering Group overseeing the process, there are 5 sub-groups looking at different issues affecting the parish – housing sites; housing types and tenures; open spaces; community buildings and facilities; and economic development. New members are always welcome, please click here for information about how to get in touch. Or fill in our Skills and Time Bank Questionnaire below.

Help with Consultations

The work of drawing up planing policy will be accompanied by ongoing community engagement and consultation, to make sure that the St Erth Neighbourhood Plan is on the right track. We will be holding events and workshops, sending out regular newsletters and surveys asking for feedback on how we are doing.

If you can help with event planning, leaflets, making tea…we need you!

Stay Informed

Tell us what you Think

Of course, we also want you to just come along to events and respond to surveys to tell us what you think. The more you help shape St Erth Neighbourhood Plan, the stronger it will be. Check the Community Consultation page for the latest information on how to do this.
