Mini Skate Ramp Survey

September 05th 2022

In June this year St Erth Parish Council submitted an Expression of Interest as part of the first stage of applying for grant funding from Cornwall Council for a mini skate ramp, through the Community Infrastructure Levy Fund.  As a result of a successful initial submission, it has now been asked to complete a full application and as such wants to get residents views on the proposed project.  Currently there is a lack of equipment provision in the village for older children.

This survey will be used by the Parish Council for the purposes of community engagement and no personal data will be retained beyond its immediate purpose.  By submitting this form you are agreeing to the Parish Council handling your personal data https://sterth-pc.gov.uk/your-council/policies/data-protection/.

The closing date for responses to this survey, to ensure that your answer gets included in the statistics, is Friday 23rd September at 5pm.  You may complete it either on behalf of your own household or any children that you look after (e.g. grandchildren).

To complete the Survey please either use this link https://bit.ly/3epYcQD or scan the QR code below:

Paper copies of the form can be found in the Village Store and should be returned to the Vestry Rooms, 25 Fore Street, St Erth.
