Hayle River Community Project – Have you Say! Tuesday 5th April

March 29th 2022
Cornwall Council is working with the Environment Agency to create a plan for the future of the Hayle River, which will look at current footpaths and think of ideas for flood protection and habitat creation. To help design the project, Cornwall Council is holding a workshop to present the initial plan and gather feedback from the local community. All welcome – please come and hear from the project team and share your thoughts.
Date: Tuesday 5th April 2pm – 7pm
Location: St Erth Methodist Hall, TR27 6HL
There will be two workshops at 2pm and 6pm (1 hour) and drop-in sessions will also be held from 3pm to 6pm.
Due to limited capacity at the venue, please register your attendance at: https://hayle-river.eventbrite.co.uk.
For more info scan the QR code or visit: letstalk.cornwall.gov.uk/hayle-river-community-project
For those unable to attend the workshop, we will ensure the content is uploaded to the Let’s Talk Cornwall page around the time of the event, and there will be an option to feedback your thoughts on the project.
As you are aware, Covid cases are on the rise again. We are asking all attendees to do a lateral flow test in the morning and to not attend if you are positive or have any Covid symptoms. There won’t be any social distancing at the event so please do wear a mask at your discretion.
