The project to modernise the toilets in Tredrea Lane is nearing completion and passers-by will have noticed that the new fencing, repairs to the end of the boundary wall and a line painting scheme were all completed earlier in the week.
The line painting scheme provides a dedicated space for disabled users, another space, which will soon be available to rent, and a walkway to the Gents.
The rentable space will soon be advertised locally (for a period of 4 weeks) and anyone who is potentially interested in ‘bidding’ for this opportunity will be able to download, or see how to request a paper copy, of the information pack.
The information pack will include the lease agreement and details of how to submit a ‘bid’.
