Application To Become A Parish Councillor

From time to time the opportunity arises for people to apply to become a Councillor. As part of the application process, prospective candidates are required to complete a form providing information relevant to the co-option process.

This can be completed online via the form below or by downloading the Application Form (PDF, 85KB), & Eligibility Form (PDF, 122KB), completing them and returning them to the Clerk.  Also available to download for information is a Person Specification (PDF, 97KB).

NB Do not submit this form unless the Council has notified of a vacancy.
