I hereby give notice that an ordinary meeting of St Erth Parish Council will be held via Zoom (https://zoom.us/) on Tuesday 18th August 2020 at 7.00pm
All members of the Council are summonsed to attend the meeting, to which members of the press & public are invited. Please contact the Clerk for meeting ID and joining instructions (for those without internet access there is a dial in option). Please note that there is no access to phone messages after 6.00pm on the evening of the meeting, so any requests after this time must be via email. Business transacted will be according to the agenda attached.
Please note due to the current Covid-19 situation, this virtual meeting is permitted under the Local Authorities and Police and Crime Panels (Coronavirus) (Flexibility) of Local Authority and Police and Crime Panel Meetings) (England and Wales) Regulations 2020.
