COVID-19

March 22nd 2020

In light of the Coronavirus pandemic and in order to observe the guidance on social distancing, the Parish Council will be making some changes to the way we do business. We will be publishing information on this site about how we will fulfill our vital functions on things like planning.

The Cornwall Council website https://www.cornwall.gov.uk/health-and-social-care/public-health-cornwall/information-about-coronavirus-covid-19/

has brought together lots of guidance about symptoms and staying safe as well as useful information about how they are adapting services due to Coronavirus. They will be updating this page regularly so it is a good resource for the most up to date information.

Volunteer Cornwall are co-ordinating a huge effort to help those in need of support at this time. https://www.volunteercornwall.org.uk/coronavirusvolunteer They are taking requests for direct help via requestforhelp@volunteercornwall.org.uk.

Please continue to look out for one another as we know you always do. If there are elderly, vulnerable and/or individuals self-isolating that you know are in need of assistance please get in touch with the Clerk (clerk@sterth-pc.gov.uk or 07986667509) and we will do our best to support/signpost you to get the appropriate assistance.

Follow the guidance and stay safe.
