New Housing in St Erth

November 22nd 2023
As people will be aware there are currently two housing developments being built in St Erth.  The one on Treloweth Lane is owned by Coastline Housing and will see 44 new properties, ranging from 1 – 4 bedrooms.  Of these, 27 properties will be offered for social rent and the remaining 17 will be for shared ownership.  In addition, work has recently begun on the Boscarnek site, owned by Gilbert & Goode (Ocean Housing), which will see 38 new properties built of which 10 will be affordable; 7 for rent and 3 for shared ownership.
In order to have the opportunity to bid for a rental property on either of these developments you need to sign up to the Homechoice register.
If you are interested in Shared Ownership please take a look at the Share to Buy website.
