Following the recent resignation of Tara Sherfield-Wong as Cornwall Councillor for the Long Rock, Marazion & St Erth electoral division, Cornwall Council hav today posted the Notice of Election.
If the election is contested the poll will take place on Thursday 16th February 2023.
Applications to vote by post or to vary or cancel existing postal or proxy voting arrangements must reach the Electoral Registration Officer by 5.00pm on Wednesday 1 February 2023 if they are to be effective for this election.
Applications to vote by proxy at this election must reach the Electoral Registration Officer by 5.00pm on Wednesday 8 February 2023.
