Cable Runway

March 10th 2021

The Parish Council is delighted to inform residents that a new cable runway is being installed in Battery Mill Park, with work commencing on Tuesday 16th March.

As many residents will remember, the previous much loved zip wire had to be removed as a result of issues raised by the Annual Play Inspection in 2019, and the Council is pleased to be able to use S106 funding, specifically for Amenity Spaces, from Cornwall Council for this project. Please note that the play park will be closed from Tuesday 16th- Friday 19th March whilst the work is carried out.
