Non-material amendment to planning permission PA15/05656 to temporarily amend the approved operating hours for a period of five weeks to permit the opening of the site to members of the public until 18:00 hours followed by a 30 minute period to allow site staff to close and exit the site on five consecutive Wednesdays from Wednesday 3rd March 2021 up to and including Wednesday 31st March 2021. The proposal also seeks to make a non material amendment to Condition 3 to state:
No vehicle other than those of site staff shall enter or leave the approved RTS site area and no operations shall take place except between the following hours:-
. 0700 and 1700 hours Monday-Friday
. 0730 and 1200 hours Saturdays
. 0730 and 1700 hours on the first Saturdays following the Christmas and New Year Bank Holidays
. 0730 and 1200 hours Sunday (1st April-30th September)
