Footpath Closure

April 24th 2020

The Parish Council has been asked to remind everyone of the legal closure of footpaths 111/7/2 and 112/52/4 by Cornwall Council, due to the rapidly deteriorating erosion of the River Hayle at Carbis Mill. The footpaths have been closed for legitimate safety reasons and therefore interfering with the signs or cutting through the fastenings closing the footpaths constitutes criminal damage and anyone using the closed section is trespassing.’
