Dear Mr Rylett – Designation of the St Erth Neighbourhood Area under the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 –
I am pleased to inform you that Cornwall Council has now designated the St Erth Neighbourhood Area in accordance with a decision signed by Cllr Edwina Hannaford, Portfolio Holder for Environment, Heritage and Planning on the 2nd July. This follows public consultation by means of local press advertisement and inclusion on the Council’s website, which took place between 21st March and 9th May 2013.
No representations were received as a result of the advertisement of the intention to designate the Neighbourhood Area. Therefore in accordance with Regulation 7 of The Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations the area, as set out in the accompanying map, has been designated as a Neighbourhood Area by Cornwall Council for the purpose of creating a Neighbourhood Development Plan for St Erth.
Copies of the decision of the Portfolio Holder for Environment, Heritage and Planning, the officer report and a plan showing the designated area can be downloaded from our website: www.cornwall.gov.uk/neighbourhoodplanning
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you wish to discuss this matter further.
